It’s good your here reading about diet and nutrition because this is the hardest part… but… you want to know something?
It doesn’t have to be hard to change your diet!
As you’ve probably read to this point… The Art of Weight Lifting teaches it’s Trinity Training System and of course a big part of that is diet and nutrition. We subscribe to what’s called Eating Clean.
So what’s eating clean: It’s simply cutting out the simple carbs from your diet (things like white breads) and also cutting out any food that has chemicals, pesticides, preservatives, and all those things that are man made. They make you fat… give you cancer… and are just dangerous.
Here’s why The Art of Weight Lifting makes it so easy to change your diet… every month you will only substitute 5 foods or ingredients. It’s super easy to do this and over the course of 4 to 6 months your whole diet will have changed and you probably would not have even noticed.
